CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS
A $75 processing fee will be applied to all cancellations and transfers. All cancellation and transfer requests must be made in writing via mail, fax or e-mail. FIHRM is not responsible for cancellation or transfer requests that are incomplete or are not received.
Cancellation requests received before July 26, 2018 will receive a 100% refund on registration fees, minus the processing fee. No refunds will be granted after July 26, 2018.
Attendees who are unable to attend the meeting may transfer their registration to another individual from their organization. Transfer requests are subject to a $75 processing fee. A transfer request form must be completed and will be accepted until August 26, 2018. Upon receipt, the original registration rate and any event tickets purchased will transfer to the new attendee. Transfer requests will not be accepted after August 26, 2018.
